History: Ash was quite a loner as a young child and was always wandering around the city by himself. He was terrible at socializing with others and would often freak people out because they thought he was a bit weird, but honestly, he was just really awkward. Ash didn't really know his parents and his parents never took the effort to get to know him either. Because of that, he was never close to his family and they drifted further and further apart from each other. The only gift he'd ever received from his mother and father was a small Teddiursa ragdoll that quickly became his best and only friend. He loved the tiny doll very much and always conversed with it. Ash took great care of it and made sure that it never got dirty. He would also sing to the doll every night before he turned in for the night. The doll's name was Ari and he considered it to be his best friend and he and the doll were never kept away from each other and he'd absolutely refuse to let anyone other than him touch it.
When the apocalypse started and the city was overrun by zombies, he had watched as a Deathwolf zombie ripped his most beloved companion into pieces. Ash couldn't do a thing about it. He was so paralyzed with fear and horror at the sight of his beloved childhood companion being "killed" right in front of him that he was forced to turn away and flee. Since then, he tried to build himself up and tried to grow stronger so that he would actually be able to fight if he is ever met with such a dilemma again. Although he still dislikes fighting and prefers to run away, he is pretty skilled with a blade. He is still somewhat introverted, but he has learned to keep a friend or two because he knows that surviving in a world over-ridden by zombies by himself would be next to impossible. He keeps the chains around his ribbons as a sort of "symbol" to remind him that he is still tied down by his insecurities of never becoming stronger and he uses the mask as a way to keep a sort of "positive" appearance.

Ash is very calm and patient and it is rather difficult to make him angry. He is a wonderful listener, mainly because he never disturbs the speaker and remains silent most of the time until the other party is finished speaking. He is very quick with his mind and has no trouble analyzing cryptic information. He has a super long attention span and can stay focused for hours, depending on how interested he is. He also pays very close attention to detail and hardly anything escapes his notice. Ash can be rather selfish and likes to keep information, food and weapons to himself. If you reason with him or if he likes you enough, he may let you in on the goods though. Ash is very paranoid and can be rather pessimistic, always expecting the worst and never hoping for the best. A sudden noise can startle him easily and he gets easily scared. Because of this, he appears to be nervous all the time and always glances around his surroundings. It's hard for him to unwind and relax properly and is always alert and on the lookout for any signs of danger. Even though Ash can be kind of quiet at times, he can join in a conversation if someone talks to him first, since he is pretty shy around new people and isn't really the best at starting a conversation. He'll be happy to talk to you if you speak to him first though. Or if you give him a nice little gift. He'll open up to you right away! He also hates conflict and always tries to stay on everyone's good side.

Hobbies: Surprisingly, Ash enjoys singing once he knows that he's completely alone.
